Our basic rates include the bus, fuel, a driver, and all applicable taxes. Gratuity is not included. These prices are good for a 10 mile radius of OUR location which is: 900 Cedar Cross Road in Dubuque. Anything outside of this radius will be assessed an additional fee listed and explained below.

Anything outside of our 10 mile radius will be assessed a $100 out of area fee. This fee is on top of your hourly rate. It is put towards additional fuel and mileage. This is a one-time fee, and once it is purchased will allow you to travel anywhere you wish as long as it is within your package hours, additional hours can be purchased at any time. We require at least a $50 deposit to secure your date and time. This deposit is non-refundable and counts towards your package total. One deposit is good for one bus, and one event only. If your party requires more than one bus you will need separate contracts as well as separate deposits. This payment can be made by cash or check in person. You can also pay by credit card over the internet or by phone (processing fee applies).

We accept all forms. However we prefer cash or check. We can take payment by credit card for an additional processing fee. This is the fee we are assessed by the credit card companies for the use of their terminal. Keep in mind a credit card is required to be on file for any rental regardless of method of payment. We will not charge this card unless damage is done, your party cancels its event, or something is lost or stolen from the bus. It is used as a personal guarantee.
There will be an additional $100 fee for anyone who vomits on any bus at any time whether part of the group or not. This fee is assessed at the time of incident. However if a passenger feels sick we will do everything possible to assist in aid. We provide garbage cans on all buses and they can be used. This fee is to completely detail the affected area and ensure that everyone has a clean bus every time.
There will be an additional $100 fee for anything lost or stolen from the bus. This fee is assessed once the bus comes back for its inspection. We will charge your credit card this amount.
All our buses are non-smoking. If anyone is caught smoking they will be asked to stop. If they refuse to stop, they will be assessed a $50 fee. This fee is assessed at the time of incident. This fee is per person, per incident. At any time if we are stopped by the US DOT we can be fined for any passenger caught smoking on our buses. We must follow the same no-smoking laws as bars.
